Course Overview

Staff Defence Ltd offer to industry, Contractors on Deployed Operations (CONDO) training. The CONDO course can be conducted over two or three days, dependent on client requirements, and fully complies with DEFSTAN 05-129 (Defence Standards (Procedures & Requirements)) & DEFCON 697 (Contractors on Deployed Operations)

Course Outline

Staff Defence Ltd prides itself on working closely with the client to make sure that what is provided is what you expect. The course will provide the necessary knowledge and skills through instructor lead presentation and practice, which will hard wire the lessons into the learner’s muscle memory.

  • Civil Disturbance and Terrorist attacks

Emergency First Aid at Work: Highfields Certification.

  • Understanding the first aider’s role
  • Basic life support
  • Breaks and fractures
  • Burns and bleeds
  • Minor injuries
  • Improvisation of medical equipment
  • Vital signs monitoring and recording
  • Environmental medicine

Understanding the Military:

  • Military Ranks
  • Military Transportation, Hire Vehicle/ Taxi movement
  • Life on Deployment.

Course Requirements:

Contractors deploying overseas in support of UK military.

Course location:

The course is conducted at our training venue in Onley near Rugby in the East Midlands, or we can provide the training on site at your organisation at a suitable equipped classroom.
